Chef Krishna Thapa is the head chef at Wakame Asian Kitchen & Grill. Born in Nepal, he brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the kitchen.

 In his own words: 

I come from a beautiful town in Nepal; I’m married and have two amazing boys. I’ve been a chef for most of my life, working across different countries. Each place that I worked has helped shape the chef I have become. Food is what I know best, and the kitchen is where I am happiest. 

When I’m not cooking, you can find me in the gym, playing cricket, or watching football. One day I hope to own my own restaurant specializing in Asian food that gives customers authentic and unique flavors.
